What we collect, and why

We only have your information if you choose to contact us. That can include your name, contact details and anything you tell us in your message. We use it to reply to you and, only if you ask us to, to send you updates. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running our organisation.

We keep it only for as long as we need it for those reasons, and we do not sell it.

Donations

Donations are taken by SumUp on its own secure page. SumUp handles your payment details under its own privacy notice. We do not see your full card number.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. If you follow a link to another site, such as our videos on Instagram or our page on X, that site’s own policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
